So when we tell you a tool is worth adopting, or that it isn't, the advice comes from experience, not from a vendor's brochure. We do not sell software and earn no commission on any tool we recommend. If the honest answer is "change the process, skip the AI," that is what your report will say.

Many tools are not. The assessment sorts tools into three groups: appropriate with a business associate agreement, appropriate only for tasks without patient information, and avoid. We are not lawyers, so final decisions should be confirmed with your compliance counsel.
It is a flat fee, quoted after the free review and based on the size of your practice and the number of workflows reviewed. You will know the price before anything starts.
No. The assessment is the diagnosis and the plan. Many practices put the quick wins in place themselves.
For some tasks, yes. The risks are using it with patient information in a way that is not appropriate for a healthcare setting, and spending hours finding out what does not work. The assessment saves that trial and error.
A full refund if you cancel before your workflow review takes place, and 50% after the review but before delivery. After delivery, fees are non-refundable, but any factual error or omission in the deliverables is corrected at no charge within 14 days. The full terms are below.
